Sports Equipment:

Racquets, tennis balls etc may be carried as part of your personal luggage, but certain other items can only be carried if the airline is notified in advance and approval is given. These include: Windsurfs, Sailboards, Surfboards Skis, Poles, Boots Golf Clubs (half sets only, no trolley) Bicycles, Shotguns, Diving Equipment and outboard motors. Hand gliders will not be accepted. Wheel chairs may also be carried, however, you should notify the airline at the time of booking. If you are in any doubt check at the time of booking.

Restricted Items

For safety reasons, restricted articles such as the ones listed below are not allowed to be carried by passengers unless consent is given by prior arrangement with the airline. Exceptions are made for small quantities of hair spray, perfumes and medicine containing alcohol carried as toiletries.

Compressed Gases

Flammable, non flammable and poisonous

Corrosives

Acids, alkalis and wet cell batteries

Explosives

Munitions, fireworks and flares

Flammable liquids and solids

Such as lighter or heater fuels, matches and articles which are easily ignited

Oxidising materials

Such as peroxides and bleaching powder

Poisons and tear gases, radioactive materials and other restricted items

Such as mercury, magnetised materials, offensive and irritating materials

Electrical & electronic equipment must be carried in hand luggage

NOTE: BOTTLES OF LIQUID PERFUME ETC. ARE NOT RESTRICTEO ARTICLES BUT MUST BE CARRIED BY THE PASSENGER PERSONALLY. GIFTS SHOULD BE LEFT UNWRAPPED SO THEY CAN BE EXAMINED. CAMERAS SHOULD NOT CONTAIN FILM SO THEY CAN BE SEARCHED.

Security

Use your own bags and pack them yourself. Never leave your luggage unattended. Never check in bags for other people. Never carry anything onto the aircraft for someone else.
