Bologna
The number 91 bus leaves Borgo Panigale Airport for Bologna Central Station (6km) every half hour up to 20.00 hours. The journey takes 30 minutes. Tickets must be bought before boarding the bus. There are also taxis
Brindisi
There is no public transport from Brindisi Airport. Taxis are however available, the journey to the train station is 6km.
Cagiari
There is a coach service every hour between the airport and railway station (7km). There are also taxis.
Catania
The all bus service leaves the airport for the railway station in Piazza Giovanni XXXIII every 15 minutes. Tickets must be bought before boarding the bus. Taxis are also available.
Fiumicino
There is a direct train link from the airport to the main station Roma Termini. The journey time is about 45 minutes and trains run every 15 minute until 21.00 and then every hour there after. Tickets should be bought before boarding the train. There is also a taxi service.
Genoa
The no.121 bus leaves the airport every 15 minutes for the railway station (7km). Taxis are also available.
Linate
There is a bus service which operates between 0545 hours and 21.00 hours. There is also a taxi service available.
Milan
Milan has two airports Linate and Malpensa.
Malpensa
There is a special bus service from the airport to the main station (46 kin) . There is also a taxi service although this may be expensive. Tickets for the bus be bought before boarding.
Naples
The number 14 bus leaves Capodichino Airport for the main station in Piazza Garibaldi (7km). The service operates every 20 minutes between 06.00 and 22.00 and every hour there after. Other buses also operate this route. Taxis are also available to the station. You can get the Circumvesuviana Train from the main Station to Sorrento. The journey time is about an hour. Make sure the metre is running and agree a price. There is also a bus service from the airport to Sorrento at 11.00, 13.00 16.30 and 18.30.
Palermo
Buses depart from the Punta Raisi Airport for Piazza G. Cesare (33 kms) every 45mins between 06.45 and 23.00. A taxi service is also in operation.
Pisa
There is a direct train link from Pisa Airport to the Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence. At night you may have to get the train into Pisa and then get a connection to Florence. The journey time from Pisa to Florence is about an hour. The journey time from the airport to Pisa is bout 10 minutes.
Rome
Rome has two airports Ciampino and Fiumicino.
Rome: Ciampino
The ACTORAL bus leaves Ciampino every hour taking you to the Anagnina Metro Station from where you can get the metro to Roma Termini. Trains run every 10 minutes. Coach and train tickets are sold only from automatic machines which require the exact change. Taxis are also available.
Turin
Coaches leaves the airport for Corso lnghilterra (16km) every 45 minutes between 06.00 and 24.00 hours. There is also a taxi service.
Venice
The number 5 bus Venice's Marco Polo Airport for Piazzale Roma (13km) every 30 minutes and every hour on Sundays. The number 15 bus leaves the airport for Mestre Railway Station about every 30 minutes. Tickets should be obtained before boarding the bus.
Verona
A bus meets flights for arrivals and departures to and from Verona Railway Station (12km). There is also a taxi service.
