Checking in for your flight
Please check the departure time on your tickets carefully. Check in time should be at least two hours before the schedule departure time. Staff at the check in will ask you questions about your luggage: it is a criminal offence to give false information. For charter flights report to the check in desk displaying the flight number. For scheduled flights check in at the desk showing the name of the airline.
Flights are not called out at airports
After checking in proceed to the departure gate and watch the screens for your flight.
Travel Documents
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are in order. Check passports, visas and vaccinations.
Luggage
Please check your luggage weight restrictions as some airlines will refuse excess weight on flights. On scheduled flights you may be asked to pay for it.
Wheel Chair Assistance/Special meals
You can request wheel chair assistance and special meals at the time of booking. Should you require a wheel chair at the time of the flight check in staff will be happy to help, special meals, however, require prior notice.
Hand Luggage
In addition to small personal items such as hand bags and cameras, only one small piece of hand luggage clearly identifiable which can be carried into the cabin and stored in the overhead lockers. Passengers are warned that luggage exceeding 20x15x10 inches or 45x31x22cms will be put in the aircraft hold.
Expectant Mothers
